Continuity of support through pregnancy and postnatally is crucial in early motherhood. I offer small personalised classes tailored to the needs of new mums and their babies. Classes are fully integrated. Both mums and babies will enjoy movement and relaxation in a supportive and safe space.

For mums, we focus on postnatal health and healing through addressing posture, restoring and rehabilitating  the core and pelvic floor to relaxation so that mums will feel restored after the session. Babies will benefit from this relaxed environment and enjoy movement, songs and baby massage with their mums. These classes show how yoga can be integrated into your daily life as a new mother and how it may support common ailments of new motherhood e.g. digestion issues for new babies and pelvic floor health for mums.

I am a Certified Restore Your Core ® Teacher and I am training with Dr Sarah Duvall's Core Exercise Solutions to continue my specialisation in core and pelvic health. Please see my bio for my training in core and pelvic floor rehabilitation. My classes are movement based classes but we do address postnatal issues (scars, prolapse, incontinence, diastasis recti, back pain and tight shoulders). I will always refer you onto a women's health professional when required.

Babies may enjoy baby massage and songs at postnatal classes with their mums. I trained with Peter Walker in 2018 in Baby Massage.

Every Wednesday 11 am, term time only. In person (max 4 women & babies) £15. Email to book in.

“Unchanging ancientness is born into human homes again & again in the form of a baby."

Rabindranath Tagore

"Birth is the sudden opening of a window, through which you look out upon a stupendous prospect. For what has happened? A miracle. You have exchanged nothing for the possibility of everything."
